Commercial winery testing now available to the home wine maker! We have partnered with a local lab, which provides testing for the local wineries, to offer testing services for a highly competitive price. From vineyard cluster testing to full panel wine analysis. Check out the price list:

We are now taking orders for this Fall's harvest. All orders require a $0.50/lb deposit, and there is a 100lb minimum order. We sell sanitized must, so all the work of crushing and desteming has been done for you. We also sulfite the grapes to 50ppmpg. Wait 24 hours then innoculate with your chosen yeast strain.

This harvest we have the following varities availalbe:
